Warning:

• All amounts are expressed in Nominal Euros, meaning that they are not subject to any updating process.
• The situation reflected is that at 31 December 2010.
• The amounts paid out include indemnities, interests and costs, but not loss adjustment fees or fees for lawyers involved in the claim, or amounts recovered.
• They are amounts that have been paid out or for which provision has been made for losses which are pending settlement, but not taking into account losses which have not yet been declared.
